Watiga Asia was incorporated in 2019 as the fund and corporate services arm of Watiga group of companies to provide corporate, fund and transaction support services.
Initially established to support trust clients of a fellow subsidiary, Watiga Trust, now Watiga Asia offers standalone services to a broad range of clients.
Watiga Asia offers a range of services including fund administration, loan administration, paying agency and bank account administration, management consultancy and professional directorships, compliance and corporate governance advisory, and general corporate support services.

Third-party company management and administration services for private individuals or corporate clients in the formation of offshore/onshore company structures
Fund administration services, including fund accounting and investor reporting
Representation of a specified interest on a board of directors and audit committee representation
Agent for service of process
Watiga Asia services clients across Asia, Europe, and the U.S., with the majority of our clients from Southeast Asia. To service our clients better, we work closely with overseas providers in our network, such as brokerage firms, financial institutions and other professional services providers. Watiga Asia’s list of clients include publicly listed and private corporations, as well as high net worth individuals and family offices.
Watiga Asia attained its registered filing agent status in February 2020 and is regulated by The Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA).
Watiga Asia is also a member of the Singapore Fund Administration Association (SFAA) and uses industry leading software including FIS Investran for fund administration services
